EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods once purchased cannot be returned. However, they can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery for other items of the same or higher price that are listed on www.theindianjewellery.com. The difference in the amount and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

However, please note that we will inspect the item before exchanging it. The item that is to be exchanged should be in new or unused condition (no scratches, marks or damage, no alteration or resizing of the item) with all the original packaging and materials included. If the item has been resized, altered or damaged, or obviously used, we won't be able to offer the exchange will have to return it to the customer (at the customer's expense).


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive your jewellery order and it contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact customer care right away! We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right.
